Rustic Pools, Inc.'s Unique Construction Process
| Once the pool design is completed, the pool
site is staked out. A tractor digs the hole
according to the design specifications. |

Rough plumbing is put into place.
The hole is outlined with forms and reinforced with steel. |
| Gunite is sprayed onto the walls to create
a strong, solid structure. These walls are impervious
to rust, which can corrode steel walls, and dry-rot, which
can damage wooden structures. |

The top edge of the wall is finished with
ceramic tile along the waterline. The track, which holds
the liner, is attached underneath the tile so that, when
the liner is hung, it will be protected from exposure to
damaging sunlight. Decorative rocks and/or waterfalls
can be placed along the edges, if desired. The deck
is formed and ready to be poured. |
| The deck is in place and a layer of foam
is attached to the walls, providing cushioning and insulation.
The bottom is finished with a smooth layer of a lightweight
concrete called Zonelite. |

With the custom-made liner in place, the
pool is ready for water.

Here is the finished product, complete
with rocks and waterfall. Landscaping can now
be added.
